2026 CP3 Rising Stars National Camp
Registration Protection Plan
🛡️ OVERVIEW
To help protect families from unexpected emergencies, CP3 Camps offers two (2) optional Registration Protection Plans for the 2026 CP3 Rising Stars National Camp. These plans provide financial protection if a registered camper is unable to attend due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance.
Registration Protection is the only mechanism through which eligible registration fees may be refunded. Because CP3 Rising Stars National Camp is a single annual event, registrations cannot be transferred to another event, future year, or another camper.
Registration Protection Cost
✅ $39.99
(10% of the full registration fee of $399.99)
OR
✅ $29.99
(approximately 10% of the remaining balance payment of $300.00 when utilizing the deposit option)
Registration Protection is available as an optional add-on during registration or, when applicable, during the remaining balance payment.
📌 DEPOSIT OPTION
Families may reserve a roster spot by submitting a $99.99 non-refundable deposit.
The deposit:
✔ Reserves the camper's roster position until the final balance is due.
✔ Is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable.
✔ Requires the remaining $300.00 balance to be paid no later than two (2) weeks before camp.
Registration Protection does not apply to the $99.99 deposit.
Failure to submit the remaining balance by the payment deadline will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the respective camper registration.
🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are never eligible for refunds or credits:
• Registration deposit ($99.99)
• Registration Protection fee
• Third-party payment processing fees (when applicable)
• Late payment forfeitures

Registration Protection provides financial protection when a camper cannot attend because of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance.
Full Registration
✔ Protects up to $399.99 (minus unrecoverable third-party processing fees)
Deposit Registration
✔ Protects up to $300.00 (minus unrecoverable third-party processing fees)
✖ Does not cover the $99.99 deposit
ℹ️ ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Registration Protection is optional but strongly recommended.
If Registration Protection is not purchased, all registration payments are final and are:
• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Non-creditable
These policies are applied consistently to every camper/family to ensure fairness and consistency.
Additional information:
✔ Must be purchased during the original registration or remaining balance payment.
✔ Cannot be added later.
✔ Registration Protection fees are non-refundable.
✔ Third-party processing fees (e.g., Stripe) are not refundable.
✔ Events postponed or relocated due to circumstances beyond CP3 Camps' control will automatically transfer registrations to the rescheduled event
✔ Campers removed for disciplinary, behavioral, or safety reasons are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or Registration Protection claims

Submitting a claim automatically removes the camper from the active roster.
💰 REFUND SCHEDULE
Claim Submitted 10+ Days Before Camp
Eligible for:
✔ Up to $399.99 (Full Registration)
✔ Up to $300.00 (Balance Protection)
Claim Submitted Fewer Than 10 Days Before Camp
Eligible for:
✔ Up to $200.00 (Full Registration)
✔ Up to $150.00 (Balance Protection)
Never refundable:
✖ Deposit
✖ Registration Protection fee
✖ Processing fees
⏳ CLAIM PROCESSING
Claims are processed within ten (10) days after camp concludes.
Please allow an additional ten (10) business days for your financial institution or payment processor to complete the refund.
Refunds are:
✔ Issued only after camp concludes
✔ Returned to the original payment method
✔ Considered final once processed
Once redeemed, Registration Protection is considered fulfilled and no further refunds, substitutions, credits, or alternative compensation will be provided.
🔄 REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
CP3 Rising Stars National Camp is a single annual event, thus registration transfers are not available.
Campers who cannot attend should refer to the Registration Protection Policy above.
Registrations without Registration Protection remain:
• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Non-creditable
